Our cutlery is predominantly crafted from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, providing excellent rust resistance and a long-lasting shine. Our knives are forged from specially hardened stainless steel to maintain a sharp, durable edge.
Is Robert Welch cutlery dishwasher safe?
Yes, our stainless steel cutlery is dishwasher safe. However, to maintain the pristine finish, we recommend following our care instructions, such as avoiding citrus-based detergents and removing the cutlery as soon as the cycle is complete.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer an express next-day delivery service for orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Thursday.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original packaging and unused condition for a full refund or exchange.
Do your products come with a guarantee?
Yes, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Most of our cutlery patterns come with a 25-year or lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects, while our Signature knives carry a 25-year guarantee.
Can I purchase individual pieces of cutlery to replace lost ones?
Absolutely. We offer 'loose' cutlery pieces for most of our active patterns, allowing you to top up your collection or replace individual items without purchasing a full set.
